Re: Season Best/Worst
Poor form on the goal of the season last night. It has to be about the quality of the goal itself and giving it to a free header from 5 yards irrespective of opposition and circumstance was pretty embarrassing. Hobans free kick was brilliant plus any of probably 30 other goals which should have been before jacks. Very disappointing.

What's the point of that?ParcelFace wrote:Bore offfentiger79 wrote:Poor form on the goal of the season last night. I'd go further to say that free kicks shouldn't be included. A still ball, no pressure from the opposition, ample time to practice, time to compose and prepare for striking the ball. The target should be hit every time from a free kick.

Seems really harsh now to be honest, but whoever was there voted and it's clearly what most people feel was the goal of the season so it's not as if it was just one or two people saying it was the best goal so there's no point moaning about it?SouthRushdenJFC wrote:What's the point of that?ParcelFace wrote:Bore offfentiger79 wrote:Poor form on the goal of the season last night.
