Raffle prize

I won some polo shirts in the raffle and said I would collect them when I come up for the whitworths game.obviously that didn't happen.does anyone know who I could collect it off and where? I am hanging around the shire for the spencer game but looks like it will be a year till I get to see diamonds play again :-(
