Will be a League One player next season. Saw him on the pitch after the League Two Play-Off final in a Stevenage tracksuit, and sure enough checked it out on Wikipedia and he is there.
Wouldn't have predicted that for the lad.

Yeah, fair play to the lad, he was one of 2 named sub keepers for them against Accrington.

Went to the Accrington game and saw him warming up, had to think for a couple of minutes before I recognised him!
Re: Martyn Margarson
Good lad, always looked to have a little about him when he was here. Good luck to the lad!
How many of our "underrated players" is that now playing in the league?! (okuonghae, pearson, half of the Stevenage squad!!)

Re: Martyn Margarson
I think Ruddy's problem was that he probably wasn't getting much opportunity to play competitive football at Everton so he was very rusty when he played those few matches for us on loan. This was in contrast to the impressive performances that he previously showed when playing for Cambridge United.BartonRaz wrote:John Ruddy was worse than useless when he was here.

I rated Margy when he was here, not surprised to see him in the league at all tbh. Was very surprised when he was released.
