James Richardson from Rushden has just beaten 5 time world champion Barneveld 3-0 in the first round of the world championship!!

I hadn't expected much else than 3-0 to Barney, and although that was barely Barney's C game, Richardson held his nerve brilliantly! A couple of his big finishes were fantastic!

Yea a great win and a nice reference from the commentator, who called him a "Rushden Diamond" ! :D

He wasn't too far off with his prediction for Heydon to beat Lewis too!
