They don't use the high nose concept the other teams use, so their nose isn't hight enough to fall foul of the new regulations.

The regulations are aimed at lowering the noses of the cars, to avoid accidents like Webber at Valencia in 2010 and improve visibility. But, all they did was put a box where no body work can be on the regulations so the teams have built the nose around that.

The noses are high in order to better use the airflow to the aerodynamic bits below and to the floor.
