So far 23 matches have taken place between the current top 6 teams (and they look likely to be the top 6 at the end of the season).
Of these only 2 draws have occurred - slightly surprising when you expect them to be fairly evenly matched.
Hartley Wintney and Hayes appear to have the easiest run ins of the six.
The mini-League table for matches between the top six is:
Hayes P.9 W.6 D.1 L.2 F.19 A.10 Pts.19 ave. pts. 2.11
Beaconsfield P.7 W.5 D.1 L.1 F.13 A.8 Pts.16 2.29
Hartley W. P.9 W.4 D.0 L.5 F.9 A.16 Pts.12 1.33
R & D P.7 W.3 D.0 L.4 F.9 A.6 Pts. 9 1.29
Dunstable P.7 W.2 D.2 L.2 F.9 A.10 Pts. 8 1.14
Cambridge P.7 W.1 D.0 L.6 F.6 A.15 Pts. 3 0.43
Those last 2 defeats have been quite damaging so we really need to get back to our best for the remaining games.
I think we may need to win 6 out of the 9 given the easier run-ins a couple of the others have.

Re: Top Six Teams
Here are the remaining crunch matches between the Top 7.
31st March - Beaconsfield V Diamonds
7th April - Cambridge City V Hartley Wintney
9th April - Cambridge City V Chalfont St. Peter
14th April - Dunstable V Cambridge City
17th April - Diamonds V Dunstable
21st April - Beaconsfield V Hayes & Yeading
21st April - Cambridge City V Diamonds
24th April - Beaconsfield V Dunstable
So, crunch games by numbers:
4 - Cambridge City
3 - Beaconsfield, Diamonds & Dunstable
1 - Hartley Wintney, Hayes & Yeading, Chalfont St. Peter
Based on the above, I'd say Hartley Wintney are the ones to really keep an eye on given their fairly straightforward run-in. Hayes & Yeading also have a stroll with the exception of 1 game against Beaconsfield, but of course they have played 2 games more than us.
