Rose was probably our best player! A very boring game but our run continues and another clean sheet.

Re: [ Sat 3rd Feb ] v Coventry Sphinx, KO 3pm NPLD1M HOME

That game at Coventry was my only away match this season. One I would dearly love to erase from my memory. Only LPT is likely to start tomorrow from the team that played in that game. My biggest concern about tomorrow is our expectation being so high for another win. Let's hope players remain ground...

Re: [ Tue 30th Jan ] v Boldmere St Michaels, KO 7:45pm NPLD1M HOME

The managements hard work is starting to pay off, after initially being sceptical of the Harriman appointment, he’s making me eat my words! Yes I will admit I was wrong to question Harriman, the results have finally materialised and the hard work is paying off. Though in my defence, it was 9 straig...

Re: [ Tue 30th Jan ] v Boldmere St Michaels, KO 7:45pm NPLD1M HOME

First time this season I've seen a Diamonds win and worth waiting for. First half was excellent and at ht I was hoping for more of the same but tbf to Boldmere they came out a much more determined outfit and put us under pressure, so much so that I was constantly checking the time. Frasers third goa...

I wonder if Emery is injured. We did suffer quite a few knocks on Saturday. I don't expect an unchanged starting eleven.

Re: [ Sat 27th Jan ] v Sutton Coldfield Town, KO 3pm NPLD1M HOME

Conversely Rick I don't think enough credit is given to those who set up the current club and those that have run it since. Too many supporters of other clubs still see us as moneybags and that is clear from the SCFC article. Yes I supported R and D from 1994 but let's face it, it was hardly an orde...

Another important game in our quest to avoid relegation. Prior to the four game home run I was looking for at least 8 points. I was anticipating draws v Sutton and Quorn and wins v BSM and Coventry. If things go our way (Rugby and Gresley losing Saturday) this time next week we will be 18th place.

When was last time we started with an unchanged eleven from previous game? When did we last win 2 games on the trot and also when was last time we kept 2 clean sheets. And to cap it all Ethan Johnston scores

Someone at SCFC needs to get up to date. Their match review is all about RDFC even saying we play at Hayden Road in Irtlingborough. It still irritates me when so many even at our club fail to acknowledge the AFC in our name. RDFC is dead, murdered by the Traitors 13 years ago.

Re: [ Interview ] Michael Harriman on BBC Radio

A really good insight into Harriman himself. Post match he is usually quite quiet but here in the studio he speaks with confidence. I've only heard 30 minutes so far but very impressed.
