Re: Play Offs

Shame, would have been nice to have another Northants derby in the league. Bromsgrove will be the best supported team in the league almost certainly, average of 953 this season! Hopefully they'll bring a few more away fans than some of the teams this season! I agree about having another Northants d...

Re: New Recruits for 19/20...?

This may be a surprise but thinking with head rather than heart, but based upon what I've seen of Fairlamb against Nuneaton in Brackley's FA Cup tie earlier this season, and yesterday in their playoff game against Spennymoor, I wouldn't say he's any better than we've got and wouldn't bring in the pl...

Re: [ Sat 27th April ] v Tamworth FC, KO 3pm ESCP AWAY

Given it's the last game of the season, I would like to see both Johnston and Acquaye on the wings from the start with Tom up front. Fundraising idea on the Member's Forum

There's an interesting suggestion for a fundraiser to take place before away coach travel in the General Chat of the Member's Forum if anyone is interested in expressing their thoughts and ideas on it.

Re: [ Tue 2nd Oct] v Kempston Rovers, KO 7:45pm SLCC1R AWAY

For me the crucial thing which happened and really made the difference, was we had a phase of play in the lead up to first goal where we played the ball mostly on ground, and came out almost ou connected with our passes and actually played football. This change in the style of play came almost out o...

Re: More blank saturdays coming up?

One other option might be to bring the Lowestoft away game forward to 6th October since they will have a free Saturday (they were due to play St Neots who won their FA Cup tie against Romulus) and the currently scheduled fixture would clash with the FA Trophy second qualifying round if one of us win...

yep! And closer to London goes up to £5-50 a Pint! :drinks: It’s good to hear that there’s a bar after spending last year out in the wind. Not for my sake, but have you managed to get a brewery on board and what do you have on draught? Is it the same people doing the food as last year? Although I a...
