Re: Bath match thread

Well it's good to hear some positives from last night. What were your views on the second half? I think the team and the fans were a bit shellshocked by the equaliser within 30 seconds - it was a well hit strike, and the only time I can recall a "trick" move from the kick-off having worke...

Re: Bath match thread

I left the ground last night feeling very disappointed with Howe, but on reflection I'm not sure it was deserved. For the entire game he had two defenders on him, both of whom were pulling his shirt and generally trying to wind him up. They got away with it for the entire game, yet as soon as Howe ...

Re: FAO ID.

I'm certainly a lot more positive after seeing what was on show at Twerton Park - and given it was the first time that front 3 had played together I could see quite a lot of promise. It looked like Farrell picked up a knock, but with O'Connor expected to be in contention for Saturday he may be a dir...

Re: New TV Deal ??

It's worth listening to the Non-League Show Podcast regarding this. It looks like an announcement might be made in the day couple of days. The information regarding the deal seems to be coming from a Journalist at the moment - who suggests the games will be on a Thursday night, and little / no reven...

Re: There

It has come as a shock to me how fragile our remaining support may still be - or at least those of them that use this forum. I'd thought that those who'd supported the club through the Hart and Hill years were pretty hardy sorts, and we'd already seen the faint-hearted desert us. The attendance figu...

Re: My (probably) one and only......

Surely the Trust membership is a "means to an end" - a way of offering loyal fans like yourself reduced price admission without it infringing the FA / Conference rules. Plenty of other clubs have come up with similar schemes to give those of their dedicated fans who can't justify buying a ...

Re: R&D FC v Fleetwood Radio Commentary

Sorry? I was told that the online listening figures were good. I don't understand your point. They aren't - they are less than they were last season. Ok, well i was told by someone who works for Radio Diamonds, but fair enough i bow to your superior knowledge. I note a hint of sarcasm there BR - pe...
