Have you put your name forward to join the board?fentiger79 wrote: ↑Sun Nov 20, 2022 1:03 pmExactly this. Only one way to get out of this and that’s everyone together.therushden wrote: ↑Sun Nov 20, 2022 1:01 pm Get everyone back on side with a new broom. Re: [ Sat 12th Nov ] v Royston Town, KO 3pm SLPDC AWAY
Thanks Sussex, I will be removing my application with immediate effect. Really, One person gives you a bit of grief and you run for the hills, would not last five minutes on the board anyhow after the fans give you real grief after every decision you are part off gets slagged off as not good enough...

Re: [ Sat 12th Nov ] v Royston Town, KO 3pm SLPDC AWAY
I do have to say that what is concerning is that there are people who think that the appointment, the manager and the division within the fanbase is ok, acceptable, one of those things. That’s a huge concern and one that is weighing heavy on my decision to join the board and may ultimately decide a...

Re: [ Sat 12th Nov ] v Royston Town, KO 3pm SLPDC AWAY
I forgot to add that just by our differing divided opinions on our current status shows that change is needed. You could also say that your differing opinions shows that change isn't needed. It's clear you want Maxwell to fail. Not sure that every single one of your posts needs to be so negative. A...

Rule 67 requires that co-opted members cannot be more than one third of the total number. So if we have 3 co-opted we need 6 voted on.fentiger79 wrote: ↑Sun Oct 23, 2022 1:41 pm Am I reading that correctly that we can have a casual appointment as a short term solution to keep them required numbers?

Re: [ Sat 22nd Oct ] v Mickleover FC, KO 3pm SLPDC AWAY
It’s pretty obvious that the first points of the EGM is to confirm the board, then put in place the decision to recruit a new manager. Without those I don’t see how we can move forward. If you think I’m wrong take 5 minutes to read the fans views on here, social media etc. it’s not just displeasure...

Re: [ Sat 22nd Oct ] v Mickleover FC, KO 3pm SLPDC AWAY
Soul-destroying is not putting it too strong. Real feel-good times in the past, but with every bit of news that comes out of the club (mostly unofficially) it just seems to feel worse. I have no animosity against Richard Maxwell and know little about him, but the image portrayed of a late applicatio...

Re: [ CLUB STATEMENT ] UPDATE & EGM Wednesday November 2nd
Hypothetically any person or persons with a vested interest could join now and skew any voting. If I were say a K*ttering supporter I could register any number of my mates to join and vote for Richard to stay as manager or even vote that the entire Board resign. I think you will find that what I su...
