Kemspton Rovers kick off time

There was a bit of a debate at yesterday's game as to the kick off time for the Kempston game. Our Site seems to indicate 7.45pm but Rovers say 3.00pm which seems sensible for a Bank Holiday Monday. Could someone confirm the correct timings please

Re: TONIGHT! [ Wed 2nd Aug ] v Winslow Utd, KO 7:45pm @ KEMPSTON

I hope the low attendance is not a sign of future League games at Kempston?? All three trialists looked useful when they came on. We heard that Glichrist at centre half was at Inverness Cali Thistle last season and has played for Swansea and Leicester Youth. His positional play and calmness showed g...

Re: Season tickets.

I wonder if the Club are considering putting on a coach to Kempston in the short term. It may help.

Heath

Firstly I was not at the game last night but followed on Twitter. I was however at Spalding and Stockbridge when Heath last played. It seems to me that in all 3 games he kept us in the game to the extent that we gained a positive result. I know Findley has been a great servant but by his own standar...

Bedford Town Ground?

Just arrived in to work in Ampthill to be greeted with chorus's that we will be sharing with Bedford Town next season. There was a large piece apparently in the local press over the weekend. We all know of course that until after Wednesday we don't know where we will be going but I for one had not h...

Roger Bettles

Sadly Roger died this morning following his brave battle against cancer. Roger was a lifelong supporter of both the old Diamonds and AFC. Some of you who may not know him by name, will probably been served by him in the clubhouse before AFC matches. despite his cancer, operations and chem, Roger was...

Demolition of Nene Park?

Last night I overheard a conversation between two local Business men in Higham, one of which; father is a long time Diamonds supporter. They were discussing the fact that the demolition of Nene Park starts next week!! The view was that as a flattened Nene Park, planning permission would be easier to...

Re: [ Mon 26th Dec ] v Stamford AFC, KO 3pm NPL1S HOME

If that were the case, why are we such a different proposition away from home. It's like watching two different teams between home and away. I know we play on the break away from home but these are the same players. Away I see effort, confidence, ability, simple pass and move play. At home I see a l...
