Re: PAY WHAT YOU WANT! [ Sat 20th Apr ] v Shepshed Dynamo, KO 3pm NPLD1M HOME
Reflecting on the results across the league today, I can't help but be a bit deflated. The 4-0 Rugby win does indeed make our challenge that little bit more difficult next week given they have a better goal difference and goals scored. However, it's the Cambridge and Coventry scores that probably di...

Re: FA Cup changes
Decent statement from K*ttering this morning.
Dozens of lower league and non league clubs have now put on record their objections to these ruinous plans. Hope the club follows suit in due course.

No I don't, but it shouldn't stop those thoughts being expressed.SouthRushdenJFC wrote: ↑Thu Apr 18, 2024 5:37 pm If you think the FA will listen to the thoughts of a club at the nether regions of the pyramid you are deluded.

FA Cup changes
https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/68844583 Following the utterly disgraceful decision by the FA to scrap FA Cup replays, could I ask the club how it feels it could response to this to represent the feelings of the fan base to the relevant authorities? Tranmere have this afternoon released a stat...

Re: Three Game Run-in
Gresley lost tonight 2-0, went down to 10 men mid-way through the second half and held on to 0-0 until the last 10 minutes. It looks pretty grim for Gresley now, with their inferior goal difference they now need to win their last game and hope neither us or Rugby win any of our last two games each. ...

Re: Three Game Run-in
So the final pieces start falling into place tonight. Shepshed v Gresley. If Gresley lose I think they are down, can’t see them getting anything at Corby. a win then the pressure is really on us for Saturday. A draw, well who knows! So many possibilities still with just 2 games to go. Shame our goa...

Re: Anstey title?
Thanks for that Richard. Spalding have two "easy" matches to play. Khalsa, who lost heavily on Saturday, and Coleshill so any slip up by Anstey against Corby could hand title to Spalding. If Anstey should win the league it means that either of Harborough or Spalding will be with us next s...

Re: Three Game Run-in
I suspect the point for Cambridge today might just make them safe now. It would require two of the bottom three to win both of their last two games to drag Cambridge down which seems unlikely now.
