Re: Coalville withdraw
Massive shock and so late. I wonder if anyone will be further reprieved or FA will stick with 21 teams. Just goes to show how you cannot rely on one person to indefinitely finance a club.

K*ttering in the final. Beat Sports 2-0 tonight. What an "exciting" prospect. Relegation (potentially) and then a hammering in a cup final against your local rivals to round off the season! :joy: (You can quote this back at me, when relegation is avoided, we beat Posh in the Semi Final an...

Re: [ Michael Harriman ] Stays for 24/25 Season
I don't think we have any silly money clubs in our league now, so should be a good competitive league. We will certainly lose Wyatt who should progress to at least a Step 3 club. Scott is good enough to move up a division or two but who knows he may choose to stay. Of the remainder we certainly want...

Re: Returning to the Dog & Duck
If R&H no longer received £15k plus per season from groundshare rent and the considerable bar profits surely that would seriously affect their existence, thus we need each other. I was all in favour of the move to D&D on financial motives but actually prefer HR as a football ground, even tho...

Totally " off piste" but Real Bedford are also having severe difficulties with their landlord, Bedford Council.

I urge all members to log into the members lounge and read more facts around the decision but also to get an insight into the work our Chair, Deputy Chair and board have undertaken. You will read that these guys are really hurting right now. Don't forget, both are volunteers. They and the Board nee...

Re: Returning to the Dog & Duck
Wellingborough must be pretty annoyed as well, how are they going to get Step 4 ready now? I wonder if Welly are about to be shafted by their landlord, the same guy who was the reason we left. Is the landlord their chairman? I remember having a short chat with him once. It was a short chat as I got...
