Re: [ Sat 24th Feb ] v Egham Town, KO 3pm ESE AWAY

I'm not sure I've seen such a terrible defensive performance from a Diamonds team since we were hammered by a pretty awful Crawley team at their place nearly 10 years ago (We want 11 Tom Shaws!). Jacko especially looked to be completely found out and Bully's throw-ins smacked of someone who wasn't ...

Website

Not sure who looks after the website but just spotted that the Dog & Duck address is still on there when you buy a season ticket.

Pradheep Bahrey has registered with the Scottish club who will be plying their trade in the UCL this season
I've seen some bad players over the years but that chap was quite possibly the worst!

Re: [ Sat 29th Jul ] v Rushden & Higham Utd, KO 3pm PSF AWAY

I haven't been particularly impressed with what I've seen from Pyke, Punter looks the better option as a squad player to me, but I wouldn't have him down as a starter week in, week out. Agree that Gyasi and Fairlamb seem to give us better options out wide, and while they didn't show a great deal fir...

Re: [ Sat 15th Apr ] v Newcastle Town, KO 3pm NPL1S HOME

Overall a much better performance than that which we witnessed on Tuesday night. Quigley, who was by far and away the man of the match, and Farrell really bossed the midfield with their energy and gave us that bit of bite that makes life more difficult for the opposition. I'd go with the majority of...

Re: [ Tue 11th Apr ] v Stocksbrdge Park Steels, KO 7:45pm NPL1S HOME

Regardless of the fact that Stocksbridge are clearly at least a half decent team on a blinding run of form, we were totally out-played across the park. So often this season we've seen teams that are better organised, better prepared and ultimately end up with the better result. I don't buy into the ...

Re: Those shirts last night

The linesman said as he came out for the 2nd half that the ref would incur a £600 fine if he wore a different colour than black. Personally, I think that's absolute tosh and if that is the rule, then the rule is absolute tosh! Just an observation, but would it have been completely out of the questio...
