Re: [ Tue 19th Sep ] v Alfreton Town, KO 7:45pm FAC2QR REPLAY HOME

I think for probably 150 of the 180 minutes of the tie we were the better team but they were much more clinical when their chances came. The lads worked their socks off in both games and if we continue to play like this we'll have no problems in the league. One really big plus for me over the two ga...

Re: [ Sat 9th Sep ] v Beaconsfield Town, KO 3pm ESE HOME

Although we were poor on Saturday the criticism of a couple of players staggers me. Dillon has shown that he has cracking movement and intelligence something that has sadly been lacking upfront for us since Berwick left, it's only a matter of time until he and nabs click. Yes we were outplayed on Sa...

Re: [ Sat 19th Aug ] v Wellingborough Town FC, KO 3pm FACPR AWAY

I really don't think that we should take this game lightly at all, if all the lads are fit I'd start the team that started on Tuesday,if there are any niggles then you could rest a player but it's a risk not worth taking Imo. The cup is massively important to us this season both financially and if w...

Re: If you could....

For me I'd love to go back to the 4-3 Enfield f.a trophy game at Nene park, simply the best game I think I've ever been at. Every big win at K*ttering was great with the 5-1 and the 3-0 really sticking out for me. Obviously beating the cobblers at home in the way we did was awesome, the scenes on th...

Re: [ Tue 11th Apr ] v Stocksbrdge Park Steels, KO 7:45pm NPL1S HOME

We should forget about play-offs because we're clearly not good enough and if we did get there, there's no chance we can beat any of the other teams that we could play. This is the ultimate "load of bollocks" tonight. If we scrape into the play offs, which is still a real possibility, who...

Re: [ Sat 18th Mar ] v Leek Town, KO 3pm NPL1S HOME

We played well yesterday and thoroughly deserved the win, I didn't think much to leek at all but that may be as much down to us as them. No surprise to me that Nabil's return to form has coincided with his return to his favoured position, he took his goal very well and played well throughout. I wasn...

Re: [ Tue 14th Mar ] v Buxton FC, KO 7:45pm NPLLC HOME

I think that overall we played pretty well tonight. One player I'd like to point out would be Lewis, I thought that he did very well in an unfamiliar role and didn't look at all out of place. The return of Oulton is a big highlight from the night and puts even more competition in what has become a c...

Re: [ Sat 11th Mar ] v Northwich Victoria, KO 3pm NPL1S AWAY

Wasn't at the game but speaking to people who were it sounded a lot better. Nabs has always been better when actually having a strike partner and good to see him amongst the goals again, it will do his confidence the world of good. Having two wide players brings a balance we haven't had in a while a...

Re: Where is Jamie Tank??

Don't forget Curly, that we also put the price up due to being placed in the Northern League which incurred a lot more travelling, therefore expense. Next season will be a great opportunity to engage with more local people so I hope that we try to reduce the admission price but (hopefully) pick up ...

Re: Where is Jamie Tank??

I look forward to it, I can assure you I'm not the only person who feels like it though. It certainly doesn't feel very justified at the minute, hopefully the accounts will make it look better.
