Re: MATCH OFF [ Sat 9th Dec ] v Aylesbury FC, KO 3pm ESE AWAY

Most of those who were already in the Bar at Aylesbury when the postponement was announced have gone to Newport Pagnell V Deeping in the UCL. Fazel Koriya scored a cracking opening goal for the hosts who also have Tom Liversedge, Greg Ling and Olly Wilkinson in their side. The latter still smashes t...

Re: Former Players

Not a former player but an old foe.

Ben Seymour-Shove who scored goals against us for Huntingdon and St Ives, including the winner in the 15/16 play-off final, has left St Ives after 3 and a half years there.

Weather forecast overnight could put this game in doubt. It's not due to get above freezing until 11am in Aylesbury tomorrow.

Re: [ Wed 6th Dec ] v Aylesbury Utd, KO 7:45pm ESE AWAY

I reckon I've been to comfortably more than 1,000 games of football in my life. In that time I think I can count on one hand the amount of times I've seen a Goalkeeper get sent off and an opposition player taking over between the sticks. Some of you may remember that when we last played away at Ayle...

Re: [ Sat 2nd Dec ] v Hartley Wintney, KO 3pm ESE HOME

It's interesting to hear Andy Peaks' thoughts after the match concerning how he is managing his squad. Keeping the fringe players "match ready" is a big challenge, but one that Andy seems to have managed well from the UCL days. He's clearly keeping his feet on the ground following the splendid run ...

Re: [ Wed 6th Dec ] v Aylesbury Utd, KO 7:45pm ESE AWAY

I've noticed that Aylesbury United seem to have a real problem scoring goals. Just 13 so far in 16 games. They also concede well and were obliterated by Cambridge City at the weekend.

Re: [ Sat 2nd Dec ] v Hartley Wintney, KO 3pm ESE HOME

Moneyfields lost to Bedford 2 - 0 An unexpected result!! Wheels are starting to come off! Looks like our biggest threat currently is beaconsfield then, who are the only team to beat us at home. Another decent result today, although we may not have got the victory if they'd have kept 11 on the field...

Cambridge City have signed striker James Hall from St Ives. Formerly of K*ttering and St Neots.

Re: [ Sat 2nd Dec ] v Hartley Wintney, KO 3pm ESE HOME

Did anybody listen to Peaks and Dolman on BBC Radio Northampton last night? They featured throughout the Monday Night Sport programme which you can listen to again on the BBC Radio Northampton website. Several plugs for our game on Saturday, perhaps we can hope for a larger than average crowd given ...

I'm absolutely delighted with the way the lads are playing at the moment. Fantastic tonight!
